Unlimited Courage, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our services, courses, and digital products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.
Coaching Services
- Coaching sessions (1:1 or group) may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 8 hours notice.
- Refunds are not normally offered for completed sessions, but if you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
- Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
2. Online Courses & Digital Products
- By law, digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they cannot be returned.
- If you change your mind before accessing the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Once you log in, download, or stream the content, the right to cancel is waived.
3. Memberships / Subscriptions
- You may cancel a subscription at any time. Your cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within the current billing cycle.
4. Events / Workshops
- Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 7 days before the event.
- After this time, refunds are at our discretion. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
